Bounce TV went live last September and has already acquired an audience of 60 million homes, covering almost 75% of the African-American TV watching population. Bounce TV is not yet in every market, but it is the only free network that features African American programming. You don’t need cable to see Bounce TV because it’s over-the-air, which means that anyone with a digital signal can get the channel. Ambassador Andrew Young and Martin Luther King III are among the ownership group that started the network along with Rainforest Films Will Packer and Rob Hardy.
