TAYLOR, Mich. (AP) — Police say a student in suburban Detroit found a backpack at school filled with $20,000 in cash.
Taylor Chief of Police Mary Sclabassi tells WDIV-TV the backpack was found Monday at Sixth Grade Academy.
Police say the backpack belonged to another student. That student and the student’s parents are being questioned about the find.
