Today jurors are heading into their third day of deliberations in the Kwame Kilpatrick corruption trial.
On Wednesday, the jury spent 13 hours deliberating over the charges against Kwame Kirkpatrick, Bobby Ferguson and Bernard Kilpatrick to no avail.
According to the Detroit Free Press, the jurors asked U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmunds for clarification over an extortion charge against contractor Bobby Ferguson and Kilpatrick.
In the charge the two men are accused of extorting $175,000 from a Detroit firm.
Despite getting clarification from Edmunds, the jurors begin deliberations again at 9 a.m. today.
